In fact last week I didn't feel well but now I get much better. Here the pandemic seems to be serious and I had my test twice and they were all negative. But anyway it was not good to feel ill lately and I make a very simple chicken soup. I just add a few piece of ginger with the chicken and boil it for about 2 hours. This version is quite different than what I normally do, but I think it is better to make it simple as it will be easy to obtain the nutrition and good for digestion.
Will you take the chicken soup when you don't feel well? If so, how do you make it?

I boil chicken parts until the meat falls off the bones, then add onions, carrots, celery and spices and let it simmer until the carrots are done. I think it's really good.

You can see the "Italian version" of chicken soup in the picture.
We boil the chicken, remove from the bones and cut in small chunks. We prepare a broth starting with a little olive oil, onion and garlic, we add some vegetables (carrots, celery, cabbage), we cook for 20 minutes, add the chicken, adjust with salt and serve. I do not take chicken soup when I do not feel well, I take vegetable broth.

We make it several ways. You can put nearly anything in chicken soup.
