I think I did okay with the numbers except for sodium. Two days in a row now my sodium has been too low. The minimum requirement is 500 mg. I need at least 1000 mg so I don't run into trouble with muscle cramps. I'm looking at my numbers for today so far. Right now, I'm still low.
How did you do with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

It's flourless bread. You find it in the freezer section.
I've needed to take sodium out of my diet because it makes my legs and ankles swell, but I still need the minimum requirement. Sodium is found in most foods. Processed foods have lots of sodium. I don't eat processed foods. If you read the label on the foods you buy or look it up online, you can get the amount of sodium in fruits and vegetables. That's where I go for my numbers if it's not on the package.

You can always salt your food to bring that number up.

I could, but I don't salt anything. There's usually enough salt in the food itself so I don't need to.

I am doing with exercise by doing my basic work of feeding the cats, cleaning up the cat litter and giving them fresh water plus drinking more water to clean out my insides.

I had a pretty good day with both yesterday, I walked close to 2.5 miles so I was happy with that. It was a great day for it. Tomorrow won't be so much, but I will push through. Have you lost all the weight now that you gained over the holidays?

I'm glad you could walk yesterday. It won't be long before I'll be walking the trail here.
Not yet. I've lost 10 of the 20.

Good for you and keep up the good work, Only thing I cannot get is fresh vegetables and fresh fruit, I have to be sure I stock up on groceries I can use for most of the month since I order once a month and have to go with items that are long-lasting,

I didn't know it either until my first blood clot. Drinking too much water can also flush sodium out of your system. So you need to be careful with water intake too. That's what they found with the blood clot. I didn't have any sodium because I had drunk too much water.

You finished another good report, your calories are right on target:) With sodium, I'm supposed to cut back, for some reason. Oh yes, my blood pressure goes up too high.

Thank you.
Since you'll soon be going to Florida, I can see you dropping those ten pounds. Although, staying out of those fancy restaurants might help the process.

Too much is bad. I'm finally getting the minimum requirement. I still need a little more.

Well that is good you keep sodium low - but too low is not good either. The potassium looks pretty good. The other numbers do as well.
