Good morning, friends.
As many of you know, yesterday I went to the doctor. He gave me 3 kinds of pills and 2 of them make me sleepy before they hit my tongue.
The doctor was very clear as to the hour I had to take them. So, instead of watching movies at night, I turn off the lights and even go to sleep with the TV on.
Today I have to look for some papers to see if I can go to Aruba for 2 weeks instead of one. That means finding the phone number of the Interchange office and see what has to be done.
Meanwhile, I ate the last piece of cake while I talked with my friend Lili. She has to undergo a back surgery and she is terrified. I told her that after the procedure she won´t be in so much pain. I know so because I had back surgery several years ago.
What´s going on there? Tell me, friends

Not much going on here waiting for my boyfriend to get out of his appointment so we can go have lunch and go home so he can go fishing.

Good luck getting your itinerary changed.
Not much going on here today. Pretty is asleep and I just woke up a little while ago and cooked some more cabbage, onions and ground beef with spices. Yum!

Hope you can arrange 2 weeks in Aruba instead of just one.
Hope things go well with your friend and that her back surgery helps alleviate her pain. I probably would be a wreck too with that kind of surgery required.
Nothing much happening here today. It's sunny and getting warmer and finally only a few specks of snow are left on the ground.

I was terrified too when that happened yo me. But the awfull pain recedes immediatly after surgery.

@marguicha it's great that you can share your experience and hopefully your friend won't be so scared. I'm sure knowing she'll be pain free will also alleviate her fears

I even explained to her that, as the surgery is in the back, they don´t cut nerves like an abdomen surgery.
