Today Is A Good Day To Have A Good Day

Any day I wake up is a good day to me 
I have that quote framed and hanging in my bathroom and I can see it every morning when I'm standing at the sink and brushing my teeth, etc. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas and it's a good reminder for starting my day off on a positive note.
We have sunshine today so that always makes me happy. Not quite as warm as yesterday but it's still pretty decent. Yesterday I was able to open the window for awhile and get some fresh air in the house. It feels good to get rid of the stale feeling after all the windows being closed all winter.
I'm happy to say that our dog Gizmo is doing better and his coughing isn't as bad as it had been. Being diagnosed with bronchitis was surprising but he's coming along thank goodness.
My daughter got these peanut butter flavored pill packs on Amazon so all she has to do is put his pills in it and squeeze it a little and it's like a treat for him. Before she got these he would spit his pills out no matter how or what she tried to do to get him to take them. These are great, he loves them and no more hassle for pill time.
Not much going on here today....just the usual.

Getting him to take his meds definitely was a challenge especially when he eats everything but no matter what we did he spit the pills out. These little pouches are perfect and he gobbles them up. His cough isn't as bad as it was

@Marilynda1225 Cats are even worse. Brendel always knew when I hid her pills. I also found Pill Pockets treats and she ate those.

Well I got an appointment with a top doctor of dermatology so I am happy about that, not til April but a miracle to get an appointment with him.

How warm is it there that you can open your windows? Even in fifty degree temps I'd be too chilly to do that.
It's overcast here today as it's supposed to be raining but I don't think it's started yet.

Yesterday it was in the 60s and nice enough to get some fresh air in the house. I didn't have them open for long and today it's just too chilly

@Marilynda1225 we had sixties last week but that's still to chilly for me. I should have gotten outside and done some raking but did stuff inside instead.

Glad that peanut butter thing is working for Gizmo and he's getting better! I do positive thinking too.

That is true, every morning as we wake up is a new day, a new hope we should be thankful for no matter what our circumstances may be. So let's just be happy, always wear a smile and enjoy life while we can. Have a nice day.

I got them for Coco once. They are great. I often used cheese but there were times even that didn't fool her. She would suck the cheese off and spit out the pill. Meat became better then too

Glad that Gizmo is doing better and taking his medicine.
I mowed part of the yard at church, it was getting tall around the front of it. The rest can wait until next time, probably in a week or two.
