Help! The Allergy Season Is Here!

Remember that picture I posted of the bare trees just a couple of days ago? Scratch that, everything’s white and pink now and the dogwoods start to bloom.
Allergy season!!! Help!!!!!
Fortunately………
1) I have an allergist appointment in the morning.
2) I can start a countdown of songs with “help” in the title!
(You just knew this was going somewhere other than to the Benadryl, didn’t you? 
)
So let’s see how much “help” the music world can give me.
Personal note: yes, JJ, it’s on the list. You really don’t think I’d leave it off, do you???

We have to go buy more Benadryl. I just used the last three tablets... I feel like... pooh.

@FourWalls We'd have to drive 40 miles for a Walgreens. Walmart is 2 miles away.
Yeah, two at a time don't do anything, so the doctor told me to take three. It works but I have to eat something with it or I start throwing up.

It is a good thing I had outgrown this seasonal allergy that come in time. I used to suffer allergic rhinitis every time the weather changed from wet to dry and vice versa. But upon reaching my adulthood I was surprised that I do not experience them anymore.

@rsa101 — a completely different climate there than I’d been in, complete with different plants and trees. I didn’t have any “natural immunity” to them.

Oh, not by any chance. The #1 song is a tender ballad by a guy you don’t expect ballads out of. But that band that Paul was in before Wings will show up…..

Or sneezing. The only song I could find with a semi-appropriate theme is "If My Nose Was Running Money I'd Blow It All on You."

I hope you feel better with your allergies. I am lucky I do not have allergies otherwise back in Latvia with a full garden of blooming flowers and apple trees I would have been in real trouble, Not a favourite but I have heard the song do you know who did the original?

Elvis did it originally. The UB40 version that was popular in the late 80s was a cover.

I love that song sung by the late Elvis Presley which I believe was the song that he sung before he would leave the stage and go home in his live recordings.

I believe the Fab Four would "Help" if they could. And it's always nice to receive a "Little Help From Your Friend" (s) the allergist. Hope one of them makes the list.

Lots of people have recorded it (UB40 had a hit with it in the 80s), but you’re right: only Elvis did it.

they say if you eat local honey it can help - ;-) having said that I have a hard time with Olive Pollen and there are trees surraounding me lol
