Meet my little friend

A few years back I decided I wanted an egg slicer.
Wouldn't you know it, Walmart only had this kind.
No sleek, stainless, high dollar looking chef like tool. Nope, just this little fellah who looked appropriate for a preschool.
He tickled my fancy, and he makes wonderful sliced hard boiled eggs.
The last two days my work lunch has been a spinach salad topped with hard boiled eggs. I topped it with raspberry-poppyseed vinaigrette. Yum.
I smile as I slice my eggs.
