To All Ladies, Here's a Question For You

April 7, 2022 11:13am CST
Hello beautiful people, Here we meet again on another topic. This question is mainly for ladies, but gentlemen, feel free to answer if you'd like to. Being women, most of us like beautiful things. And this surely includes jewelry. The question is, which jewelry line is your most favorite to wear? It can be one or a few. Are you a bracelet person, or more to earrings and rings etc? What kind of materials do you love for your jewelry pieces and for men, which type do you prefer to buy or get for your love ones? Stay tune for more. Hugs to all.

I have various gold jewelry items I wear sometimes. I bought gold earrings, bracelets and necklaces for Pretty but she very rarely wears any of them. *shrug* I finally quit buying jewelry for either one of us. It just sits in our jewelry boxes so there's no reason to have it. (I do have a gold nip ring that I don't take out. But it's the only jewelry item I wear all the time.)

Nip ring???!! Really? Like do you intend to take it out at some point?? So you love gold pieces, huh? Cool. Maybe Pretty likes fuss-free accessories.

@ihasaquestion I've worn one nip ring or another since I was 23 years old. Why would I leave it out? I've got several in different styles. (Some of my nip rings are probably older than you are. ) Pretty doesn't wear any jewelry. She wears her smart watch and that's it. *shrug* As far as I know, she's taken out all the piercings she's gotten. (I'm not about to ask her for you, though.)

@DaddyEvil Ha ha.. you're one funny dad.. Doesn't your nip ring ever rust?..bet you know how to maintain it, huh? It's just that that's like the most unlikeliest of places to pierce, ya know... Anyway, let Pretty be Pretty. She's a sassy minimalist and that's just so cool.I like her style anyway. (And you can tell her that).

I like it all but I don't wear rings. I have many bracelets and neckless and earrings. I like fake leather, wood, more natural looking jewelry. And with earrings I only wear silver or gold, because my ears reacts to other materials.

Hi Norra. I love fake leather too, and natural looking pieces. Oh, if your ears react, what do you do?

@ihasaquestion I have to take out earrings and not wear them for some days, until my ears calm down. After I realized why it's happening it was easy to control it, so now I just wear silver or gold and it's fine :)

I like the natural jewelry, too. I have a necklace made out of a piece of deer antler my son found in the woods once. I love it.

I prefer earrings- l am never without them. Second would be a thin gold or silver around my neck. I am not into body piercing (except for my ears) .

I like necklaces and bracelets. I know I am an old hippie, my favorites are those made that are unique and different than what everyone else wears. I do like wearing a thin gold chain necklace my aunt left me when she passed away.

@MarieCoyle That's a very sensible take on accessories and the likes. I find handmade stuff to be refreshing too.

@ihasaquestion I've always been quirky and liked the different things, especially handmade. In my opinion, there really isn't any such thing as style. It should be a wear what you want to, within reason of course, and what you like.

I prefer to wear ring jewelry on my ring finger. But when I leave the house, or during official events or parties, then I like to wear rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces. I love the beauty of all the jewellery.

@ihasaquestion Thank you. I am simple woman. But indeed, when attending a party, almost all the women in my place use complete jewelry. Such as rings, necklaces and bracelets and earrings.

I'm not really a jewelry person, though I do like earrings. I like bracelets though I don't wear them now . . . and some necklaces. I cherish my wedding ring and some other jewelry pieces from my husband.

@ihasaquestion I don't have allergies. I just use my hands a lot, so I don't wear hand jewelry (except my wedding band). When I had my kids, I didn't wear necklaces in case they tugged on them . . . so that just became habit. Do you have any allergies to metals?

That is awesome. I love bracelets too. Are you allergic to certain materials?

@much2say Oh, I see. I am sensitive to certain metals, yes. But not all though. Necklaces which got tugged can be unpleasant indeed.

A wrist watch-bracelet. I have not been wearing my rings because of arthritic joints. They would not fit. I have earings my husband gave me on my birthday last March, which I wear on special occasions.
