Beautiful Blue Wildflowers

Each year I enjoy seeing the flowers bloom in my yard and garden. Still waiting on many to bloom. A little late this year due to the cooler weather. These tiny blue wildflowers are all over my yard. They are so small I had to use the zoom to get his photo. They are called Creeping Speedwell. Such an odd name for a beautiful blue flower. Some will use these as a ground cover in their garden. Looks so pretty to see these blues everywhere. And they are welcome in my yard for as long as they want. Photo is mine.

@CarolDM I do, although I don’t see them on the primacies. We have very little grass here.

Beautiful blooms. Most wild flowers I get here are yellow or orange and very tiny.

If they grew here I'd let them go to seed before I'd mow.

Beautiful cheers in your yard. You captured the perfect time of its bloom and purpose. What a pleasant quiet walk you've had in your garden. I identify with you :-)

@CarolDM When we take a closer look at the tiny and rare, we somehow begin to see the whole picture of what and why it was meant to show us.

@everwonderwhy You are so right, as always. I look for these little things, search them out all the time. And they are treasures when I do find them. You made me smile.

They are indeed. Blue flowers are rare anyway, so when I see these tiny treasures, I have to photograph them. I knew you would understand.

Creeping Speedwell is really a bizzare name for such beautiful flowers. I wonder if there is no authority approving such names? Anyways, it seems that you have an enjoyable warmer weather. Hopefully it doesn't gets too colder or hotter for you.
