Dinner Last Night

Since we have been on the run this past week and working to clear out all of our things at our old house, we have been picking up food on the way home and if home doing quick meals. We worked on cleaning out the cargo trailer yesterday and that took up most of the afternoon. I put on sloppy joes for quick meal and that worked out perfectly. My husband mentioned that he was getting hungry right after I had them ready. He didn't know that I had started dinner. We enjoyed having a hot sloppy joe sandwich to eat. I didn't fix anything to go with them because I didn't want anything getting cold since I didn't know when we would be stopping to eat. What did you serve for dinner last night? @kareng Jalapeno peppers are not very spicy, once fried you cannot really feel the heat.
