This morning I went out again to work in the yard and also to catch some vitamin D. It was quite hot and extremely sunny, so I did not stay as long as I wanted as it made me too tired. So, I had lunch and rested for a while and I'm thinking of going back again, but later on. Meanwhile, I have some vacuum to do unfortunately.

@marlina Now, on Monday morning, it hurts less, but it still gives off alot of heat from the burned areas. But that heat has to escape.

@Juliaacv It sounds like it is a pretty bad burn.

I can't take our heat past 11am here. It's too hot and muggy. Even my dog doesn't want to go outside in the afternoon.

The sun can be draining...Limit your sun exposure until you build up a tolerance to it, and always wear sunscreen.

They say even 20 minutes in the sun will deliver a healthy serving of vitamin D.

I had rather be outside than run a vacuum, but I need to do both myself.

I don't want skin cancer again, so I take a vitamin D capsule every morning and stay out of the sun.

I was just thinking yesterday that I need some Vitamin D time! But it’s so freaking hot outside already, and the humidity is starting to get ugly too, so I don’t know if I can handle being outside more than 15 minutes at a time.

@marlina Yesterday I had bought some 12-packs of sodas that were on sale, but had left them in my truck. Around 10pm I remembered they were still in my truck, so I walked out to grab them. The humidity was so bad last night that in just that short 30-second walk from my house to my driveway and back left me drenched in sweat. At 10pm at night!

I need to wash my kitchen floor, unfortunately. Maybe I'll get that in before heading out to do my shopping today.
