Garden Roses Doing Well

Roses are blooming in Dustin’s memorial garden. The rain last week is really helping the blooms. I picked several to bring inside to enjoy. So nice having fresh flowers from the garden both outside and inside. And using my Mom's vases makes them extra special. Refreshed the bird bath earlier. With the heat I am making at least three trips to keep fresh water. Many baby birds still in the yard. Trying to help the parents with fresh water as they feed their babies. Nice quiet day so far. Many have returned to work after a long holiday weekend. Enjoy your day and the rest of your week. Photo is mine.

The roses look beautiful. Today I got few from my garden inside and put it in the floating flower decoration pot that I have. They should stay fresh for a couple of days

Oh, they do look beautiful! Henry and I are taking it easy and laying low today. I have moved my mouse and keyboard to my lap now because Henry has taken up their spot.

@Juliaacv That is so true. Hard to believe it is time for them to fly soon. I can't open the door now. They are peeking out at me. I have to keep them safe for a few more days. The last thing I want is for them to fledge too soon.

Beautiful blooms! I would also pick flowers from the garden bring it inside and put in a vase. I love plants and flowers inside the house they add beauty and warmth.

Thanks, you too. Very pretty flowers. Just unusual Taco Bell order... wanted nacho fries, was told there is none, " no more" as I looked at the cashier and behind him, a picture of nacho fries, so I continued ordering. Got my receipt and waited. Got my order. Home, enjoyed it with my McDonald's fries. Went to scan my rewards receipt, no code. Called, manager says come tomorrow, with receipt and she said receipts inside order receipt usually don't have bar codes. I told her, I always go & order in store & receipt always has bar code for rewards gathering.
