I like eggs as long as they're cooked all the way through. (If there's anything not cooked, the egg goes into the trash.) I eat up to ten eggs a week, mostly boiled or scrambled.

I like mine to be done, too. I don't like sunny side up or over easy, I want them to be firm and cooked. They just taste better to me that way.

@MarieCoyle When I was working out all the time I drank an egg every morning with a bit of milk and cinnamon. I gulped it as fast as I could and didn't think about it. But I don't want to see raw egg if it's going into my mouth.

We eat a lot of eggs, too. Scrambled, fried, in pancakes, cakes, pies, lots of dishes. They're really healthy for you if you don't overdo it.

My doctor says I must consume more protein. So, eggs is part of that program, I try to eat one every other day. Usually a poached egg or steamed in my little skillet. I love them.

I will usually have a couple of eggs on the weekend usually a cheese omelet. I think if you have no current cholesterol issues 5 eggs a week should not be harmful. Like they say with diet moderation is the key.
