drunken apricots

I went to the kitchen and finished making my drunken apricots.

I had some apricots saturated with the brandy of the apricot brandy I made. So now I added a syrup to have them exude the excess brandy and turn into drunken apricots that I will serve as dessert. I am also thawing a pork chop to have at dinner with some rice. The heater has been on all day

I don´t want to think about the gas bill. This evening I will make my grocery list for next Saturday. I want to put away everything before Rosa comes so that I can have her do what I can´t. See you

My electricity bill is not much because I don´t have AC or central heating. But the gas bill in winter is not what I´d like to have.

@marguicha Yes that would make the gas a bit high..yes I have now the heating and AC but cant use it because poisons come from the vents

I just had a few things delivered from the grocery store a bit earlier. I hope that will keep us for the rest of the month. The weather here is just perfect today at 68 degrees. I have had the windows open all day. Usually we close it all up when it is warmer so it stays cooler inside. Enjoy your drunken apricots. Don't let them fall off the plate. Heehee

I will keep them for visitors when I have guests. I have to buy things for my first birthday party. I hope I don´t have to buy anything until my second birthday party with the family.
