Have Been Chilling With The Dude

My black cat, the Dude is such a joy to have around. He is a very laid back cat. Along with Brendel, he reminds me how to stay chilled on many days. He was sleeping in the screen room earlier. I snapped his photo as he was snoring the day away. Now he is under my feet inside. Like my shadow most of the time. I miss my dogs that I have lost over the years. But I am enjoying these two cats every single day. Glad I rescued them both. They actually rescued me as well. Enjoying a quiet drama free Sunday. I hope you are dong the same. Plans anyone? Your cats bring you alot of joy.

It was so quiet here today with my hubby working, he's home now, but before he came home I turned on the youtube channel and have some good music playing. That has me chilling nicely.

@CarolDM What's playing at your place? I have some good old Bob Seger playing.....my fav all time singer/band. I always feel so happy listening to his old stuff. Today's music has no horns in it, it all sounds so dull.

They certainly do. The Dude is so laid back and has many dog features. He is mostly Bombay, and is very entertaining. I have music going quietly as well.

@CarolDM My cat does the same, on the first step of our outside stair, it is a concrete stairs, it gets very warm in summer.

I have good memories of two cats, a small gray one(Teddy) and our tiger-striped Mama kitty, Mindy. Yes, I did have a dog by the name of Teddy, also. Brandy was a golden lab, with a loving personality. Kobe was my baby, I spoiled him terribly and we both loved every minute of it!

Dude is precious, a very happy boy!
