A Cabbage with a Knife

I am about to butcher the fresh cabbage with my sharp knife. It is the quickest and easiest way to have a healthy food for lunch. I am going to cook sautéed cabbage with ground pork in it. I was so busy packing the dry goods to be picked up later and tomorrow. So, it consumed my ample time today.
What's cooking out there?

I usually cook cabbage with ground beef and onions and spices. Yum!
We were talking about roasting some potatoes and turkey bacon in the oven after while.

cabbage is also very popular in Calcutta. We have it with potato and peas
