Hello! Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up early at 6am today. Had some egg and sausage with slice of bread and my hot choco cappuccino for breakfast. Then, went out for a morning walk to enjoy the nice weather while it is still good. I really love the nice cool breeze of air in the morning and I hope it will be good later in the afternoon. As always, I also had my morning exercise without my mom because she is kind of busy today and we will have in the afternoon some dancing exercise together Today, I am thinking of mixing two kinds of meat in a dish which is Chicken and Pork Adobo. The preparation is easy just put some minced garlic, water, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar or just simply vinegar. I just want to try other style. That`s why I use apple cider vinegar for this dish. Anyways, After you let it boil until you see that the sauce is with little oil. Then put some dried bay leaves and sprinkle some pepper to add little good taste let it simmer for a few minutes and then serve it with a steamed rice. Oh so yummy How about you my dear mylotters?
