It is just too hot and muggy. We are supposed to be in the 100s Saturday. Taking my dog for her first walk is bearable, but I would pay my dog to forgo her second walk of the day. If only that applied. I never complain about winter because summer kills me. How bad is it in your neck of the woods?

I feel for you, I dislike the heat also. Its hot here, but not in the 100's. At that temperature I would let the dog out to do her business and then straight back in for some ice water, they like that on a hot day.

@AmbiePam She would not want to stay outside I would imagine that she would want to be inside where it is cooler. Imagine if you were made to go outside and walk in this, that would be difficult.

We are not as bad as you are, but we are still plenty hot. This is a month later, and we will go on a hundreds run for several days starting on Tuesday, if the weather predictors are correct.

It's been hot here too and my dogs just get a quick trip outside for their potty break. No long walks until it gets cooler.

It hasn't been horrible, about average for this time of the year. I think a lot of areas have it worse right now.
