Cookery 101: All-in-One

If I do not want to wash all the dishes used in cooking, I usually put all the ingredients on a chop board. At least, I do not need to deal with all small bowls and the like. Today, I am going to cook 'sauteed mung beans' for lunch. Then, I will run to meet my aunt. Are you so delicate in cooking certain meals?

I seldom do this. I normally use small bowls.

Yup! I hate dirtying up extra bowls that I'd just have to wash again.

I can feel you with this matter. I was able to nail this idea when cooking lately.

@Shavkat It's a good way to cook. I also like to wash any items I needed to use while I'm cooking or as soon afterward as is feasible. It keeps the kitchen clear and keeps ants and roaches from setting up house in my home.

It depends on what I have to prepare. If it needs to be separated, I do it because I like organized and clean environment when I cook

I agree. If the ingredients are not that much, I will go along with this style of cooking. I hope I could be a master chef in my own way soon.

That's the downside for me since I am not married yet. But the question is "Do you sometimes cook for the family?"

I usually take a lot of time to cook my meals. I always want them perfect but they do not always come out good

I also have the same feeling as yours before. With the help of YouTube videos, I was able to do it.

I transfer the already chopped ingredients to a dish, so I can cut the others with more freedom.

This dish is one of my favorites, too. It was a dish that I tried my best to cook when still having my medical mission abroad before.

Compared to the dishes that load the sink this little bowls thing fades into insignificance
