We all have come across different colors of roses and we can't deny the fact that they are cute besides having thorny stems.
I just came across a black rose online and thought it wise to share with you here. Have you ever come across a black rose in real life kindly share

No I've not come across black roses. NCIS, when Abbey was a character in it, she loved black roses and she was goth and a forensic scientist on the show.

I have at one of the florist shop. But then I was told that it's not natural but indeed painted. I actually didn't like the black colour. Roses is all colours are pretty but I didn't feel the same about the black colour.
It seems that natural black roses ( not fully black though) exists only in Turkey.

@Laurakemunto Yes, it's mainly for decoration purpose. I would never get a black rose. I always feel that it has a connection with something evil or bad omen.
My grandfather had a red rose variety in his garden. The pretty flower would stay for almost a week or more. After three to four days, it started turning darker in color and looked almost like coffee colour before withering. I never liked it when it changed the colour.
