Doing Some Fun Shopping

Happy Saturday Everyone! it's cloudy here today and maybe some thunderstorms as the day goes on. We need the rain but last time they said storms we didn't even get one drop of rain. Today I'm going out shopping with both my daughters Our first stop is Hobby Lobby which is my favorite place to go. They'll be looking for supplies for their Etsy shops and I'll be free to wander around and see if something catches my eye. I know I'll definitely wind up in the yarn aisle and there's a 100% chance I'll put some in my cart After that we have a pick-up at Sams Club and then home for lunch. I'm really looking forward to spending time with my girls and spending money What are you doing for fun this weekend?

We're getting rain here and we needed it. I haven't bought yarn in years. I've got a half finished blanket in my crochet basket that's still waiting for me to finish it. I'm talking on myLot and doing some cooking after it gets dark here.

We had a very long nice walk early this morning. As soon as the sun starts to eat we come inside and do not move for the day. I hope this heatwave stops.

Nothing fun except maybe going out to eat at Outback Steakhouse. We are going for trip #3 to the Boost Mobile kiosk. I have been trying to swap out my phone for the 5G version. I will have the requested pin today. I hope that does it!

Well did you end up buying anything? My favorite store here is the christmas tree shop, I haven't gone there in quite awhile, hoping to again soon. I need to set up a shopping date with my sister's we haven't hung out in awhile besides over a week ago when we had a party at my house, would like to see them more often.

That sounds like a great way to spend the day, and such fun with your daughters. We went for our drive along the lake to pick up our hand crafted live edge bench. It looks great. We are having a light summer meal, corn on the cob and deli meats on rolls. Although I am boiling the corn, I am not really 'cooking' and I like that.

Sounds like your day will be a fun-filled one with your daughters. I cut Mike's hair, cooked some supper, and will make chili in the crock pot overnight for a meal tomorrow at church.

I am going to visit friend tomorrow that means going to Northern Virginia. Gas prices are down a bit so good time to make the trip. I like to go to the Amazon Fresh store up there. Have fun with your shopping!
