More Sleep Today

When I woke up this morning, I felt I had a slight headache. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't. I thought this headache was due to my traveling back from another city. During the trip I didn't sleep at all. Not because I tried not to sleep but I just felt great.
Maybe I had a cold. Not being sure, I took a paracetamol just to ease the headache. By the time I was writing this post, the headache lessened. I was glad the headache didn't last longer.
Now I am with my elder daughter. My wife is looking after her mom who is ill, while my youngest daughter is still at her office. She usually picks up her mom on her way home.
I hope today is a great day for all of you.

Good to know your headache didn’t last long. I am having a headache at the moment. It’s migraine actually and i left my essentiail oil blend for migraine in the the car. I should ask my husband to get it for me.

This morning hasn't been good for me. I woke up with my arm hurting. I think I slept on it wrong. By this afternoon it stopped hurting.

Right. The pain sometimes are caused by the tension of the part of your body. After a while, the pain will be gone.

It's been a good day so far though there's some cold and a little drizzle . Am glad my headache has subside I used to have terrible headaches and paracetamol wouldn't help in calming it down . Am happy that you feel better and you can take some water too

Hope you will get better. idk if this work for everyone but if my head hurts I drink hot water. just pure water.
