Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Nothing like a massage. My masseur texted me this morning to see how I was feeling. The answer is ahhhhhhhhhhh. 
Music also makes me feel good, and I’m now in the top five of my favorite tunes from 1982. I can’t believe this song is 40 years old now. You’ve probably never heard it, on the other hand. 
#5: Black Coffee in Bed - Squeeze
Maybe you’ve had black coffee in bed, but the song? Probably not.
Squeeze should have been much bigger here. But those are the breaks. They got hot right at the wrong time: when FM radio was slamming its doors on the “open playlist” format that made a lot of the classic rock songs you enjoy (or are sick of hearing) today the overplayed tunes they are. “Stairway to Heaven” wasn’t a single, it was an album cut, something the DJs back then called a “bathroom break” song. It was long enough to give them time to go to the bathroom and pull more records.
And Squeeze could easily have been popular, if they’d only been heard. As it is, they do have a loyal following in the US, but nowhere near what it should have been.
At least MTV helped this song get a little notoriety. Its nod to 60s R&B vocal groups in the chorus add to its charm.
Well, to me, anyway.

@FourWalls At least I'm listening to them now... (You, pony and @crossbones27 are the only people I bother listening to songs from... and I didn't use to do that for anyone on myLot. )
