Woke Up at Around 1 AM / myLot

I got home at 11 PM. The rain hasn't stopped since the afternoon. When I left, I was humid. I woke up because of the rain. So, I decided to grab my phone and post a discussion. I will go back to sleep. We have thunderstorm and I believe the rain has been like this heavy because of the Low Pressure Area but it is outside the Philippines. But we are experiencing Southwest Monsoon. Hoping that this rain won't bring too much water.

I went to church in Cubao. We had meeting after the service. Ended up 8 pm. Travel back here from Cubao terminal. Reached my destination at 10 pm. But wait so long for the jeepney..

I hope you just get enough rain to cool things there down and no flooding. Please be careful if you have to go out into the rain.

@DaddyEvil I hope so too. In Cebu, people are experiencing flooding caused by the heavy rain. Even the streets of Metro Manila were flooded.

I hope that there is no flooding in all areas here. But there are low lying areas and near the sea and rivers.

@jobelbojel The closest big city to us (80 km) got flooded yesterday from too much rain. The news showed people paddling over the streets in canoes. I hope the water subsides for them quickly.

I am hoping that the monsoon coming to your area will not cause any severe damage either since in my region we will be in the peak of hurricane season through the end of November.

I do love a gentle rain, but I do not like very heavy rain because it brings flash flood warnings to our area (Georgia USA. We also have heavy humidity here, which I do not like either. I can take the heat, but the humidity is just awful. Hope you stay safe!

When it is sunny we have high humidity. I can take but heavy rain is another story. I love gentle rains too.
