After doing some household chores, I wanted to listen to some songs. I just received this music video from a friend. Doris Day was the original singer of this song. It was written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans. I haven't listened to this song in a long while. Still enjoy it very much. The melody is great and the lyrics meaningful.

I heard that song, and do hum it now and then.
As to you hero, no...I don't understand how I can ever ask you to sing "when I was just a LITTLE GIRL", kinda, you don't strike like a girl to me...never did. Little or not. Evil Grin.
Why do you give me a chance to tease you, and then sulk? SMH.

@TheHorse You could sing female's perspective, but it would not be right on my part to ask you to do so. That would be taking teasing too far and closer to ridiculing. I respect you Pony ji. You are a gem of a person. I would not wittingly hurt you and have others laugh at you. No chance.

@vandana7 John Prine was not afraid to take on a female's perspective. I could do so too. Angel From Montgomery became one of his classics, thanks in large part to Bonnie Raitt.

@Beestring I have one place downtown I already have it.
But the one that I want is very near here and much better, but they are taking forever, weeks to give me a reply. We shall see, but I must bug them to process the papers. They are snails.
