Crab Alfredo for dinner

Attention NJChicca: I made crab alfredo again and it's soooo good. I used GF macaroni, imitation crab meat, carrots, broccoli, and alfredo sauce with a little Bay Seasoning.
I'll soon fry the okra and cornbread.
It's so funny that Lou Avul and I missed being shipmates by one month! She's such a world class cruiser that she could have taught me lots of things. (This will be our second cruise.) I know we'd have had lots of laughs together.
FYI my stomach issues are much better, praise God, and my ruptured toe tendon 
is still hurting, but I'm trying not to walk any more than I can help.
Dale and I had a date night last night for the first time in forever and really enjoyed that.
Hope your Thursday is full of fun with nary a rain cloud in sight. Unless you need rain, that is.

I'm glad you're feeling better. Where are you going on your cruise? It's going to be 87 and 88 the next two days. Then it will cool off a little. Looking forward to the cooler temps but not the shorter days and the winter that follows.

@1creekgirl Hope you have a wonderful time. He's tired and a little dizzy. Could be the meds he's on. We're hoping that the meds regulate his heart so he doesn't have to have his heart shocked.

@1creekgirl Mine is a noodle one, but I know exactly which one you are talking about. It's basically similar to the way I make my cold tuna salad, with macaroni noodles, frozen peas, onions, celery, salt and pepper, dill weed, and Miracle Whip.

We steam okra and eat it by dipping it with a strong vinegar. We haven't tried frying it.
