Raining On My Parade

Woke up this morning at 5am and here it is almost 8am and it is still raining. Ugh. My plan remains to head out to Wentzville, MO about an hour away and walk around Camping World a bit just for kicks and grins. I repeat what I said before, I am not going to buy an RV! I am sure it will stop. The question is when? I was planning on heading out around 9 or 10, but I guess now I will just wait and see what the weather does. With my luck it will stop, we'll have dry weather all the way to Camping World, and as soon as I step out of my truck when we get there it will downpour.

If your luck is anything like my luck when it comes to rain, it is definitely going to downpour as soon as you get to Camping World. I hope you enjoy that new RV that you're "not going to buy." haha

They weren't able to get me to pull the trigger. But I did get a really good idea what it is going to take and what I can buy. And not for much money either. Less than $50k for something really nice, which is a plus. Luckily the weather held and it did not rain while we were there and actually it was quite pleasant out. It was a fun and interesting experience. But no RV just yet.

When we looked at the weather map is said it was not raining in Wentzville and it turned out to be true. Perfect weather, and we had a great time. Learned a lot and have a really good idea now what we are doing.

I know Wentzville. We used go there out in the country part somewhere one of Dads friends..to go fishing and camping. Hope the rain stops. Have a great day then Jim.

Yes. Much more aware now of what I can pull and what kind of floor plan and so on and so forth. Gator, our salesman, will keep us posted on anything that pops up that fits what we want.
