Well, I suppose now that the camping journey is done, as that series was about our shopping for a camper that we now have a deal pending on, I thought it would be fun to start a Camping Journal.
In other words, people write all the time about diet journeys and other things. Why not talk about our camping experience and make a series of posts out of that?
Because it is going to be an experience for sure. For one big thing here, the camper is about 39' long, and I have never pulled anything like this. I have to learn how to pull it, set it up, shut it down, and all the other things that go along with owning one of these things.
I have to learn about backing it too. So, that's a challenge in and of itself.
So, this Journal will be all about our experiences, places we visit, things we encounter, challenges we face and whatever else that comes along.
I think it could be helpful to us as well since many people already have their own experiences with travel trailers, and so we could learn something too. So, it should be fun to share what we learn and what we know, and hear from others on what their thoughts are as well.
I hope you enjoy the journey with us, and hope you enjoy what will get shared going forward.

@RebeccasFarm As luck would have it I still do not know if I actually have a camper. Lol. But no, you did not miss anything. I have not posted anything about it, other than "we walked."
But that's not the whole story either, nor the end yet.

I guess we'll find out if we have fun on the journey or not. It might come down to how well you tell a story.

I used to drive a big rig and found the longer the trailer the easier. I also owned a 34 ft camping trailer, and it was so much easier to back then a short one. I am looking forward to your journal. Is yours a 30 amp or 50? Don't run the AC when you vacuum or blow dryer.

@lovebuglena There is a storage place about a mile away from the house called Cube Smart that used to be a Walmart.
