Do you exercise?

Exercise helps us in many ways. It helps to stay strong, helps in immunity, makes bone and muscle stronger. Many experts says that after exercise it freshes up our mind and we stay positive throughout the day. But people now-a-days are so busy with work they are least bothered for doing the exercise. Exercise has many benefits but only disadvantage, is it consumes time. Do you exercise if you do till how much time you use for doing exercise?

I do some exercises. I know it's very important to my health that why I bicycle almost 50 km weekly

Cycling has many benefit it strengthen the legs and helps in increasing height. In childhood I was riding bicycle for just increase height

Yes i do exercise. I do zumba at home. I am using those zumba exercises in youtube. It makes me perspire a lot and i like doing it.

I try to do two thirty minute walks a day (once in a while I only get in one), and when I can I go swimming for an hour.

exercise is important to all of us. between the kids work and home duty's i try to exercise 2 days a week at last. I'm dancing doing walks and the felling after the workout is amazing. also my body and mined are improving

Everyday I ride the sharing bike to the office and then go home. Each time it spends me about 15 minutes. I regard it as my daily exercise.

I do exercise every day because I have been diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension so my doctor advised me so. I usually do HIIT or High-intensity interval training every morning, I walk for 20 minutes every day. This makes me feel good all time.

I used to walk everywhere I went---including 'the gym' that was a few blocks away. Now though, I live in the middle of a neighborhood that would mean about-an-hour of walking to the one=-or-two locations where anything's happening, so I usually stay fairly inactive. And I adjusted my diet to match.
