I hemmed and hawed and finally ordered a new printer last night. I was not able to clean the print head because the printer was locked up with the error message. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software wouldn't have worked for the same reason. I should receive the new printer by Friday. It was on a good sale with $70 off. Breakfast - None Lunch - Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, pineapple and cranberry juice Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin and decaf coffee Dinner - Raspberry yogurt What did you have to eat yesterday? I hope you enjoy the new printer. Hmm... no breakfast, a peach and pork wontons for lunch and some chicken nuggets for supper. I hope you have a good day.

@marlina I was tired and fell asleep before I ate breakfast. Then, didn't have time to eat until around 6 pm or so. That's my lunch time.

Chicken burrito at Tumbleweed for lunch, breakfast for dinner with that incredible seasoning that Coral recommended.

@LindaOHio — bah, I don’t even get a menu!!!! That’s the truth: my regular restaurants don’t even bother giving me one, and the waiters who know me go, “the usual?”

At least you don't have to stare at the menu trying to decide...

I hope that the new printer has a long life. We don't use them as much as we did in the past do we? We had burgers and pork and beans for supper last night.

Most things are no more built to be repaired, you had a good deal with the new printer.

Manufacturers use the cheapest way to make a product now, hoping that the owner will have to replace it soon.

Yes. They are built to last about 7 years. I've had printers in the past that lasted more than 10 years.

Getting a new printer sounds like the best option and a sale of $70 off is a plus. Yesterday we had meatballs and spaghetti for dinner

@LindaOHio It can be. Depending on your ink cost it can be cheaper to buy a whole printer at time for that.

My usual combinations but this morning I made what I call egg pancakes, They are similar to the Chinese egg fo young, and I mix eggs, cheese, sausage, and olives, then whip them up and I have a special pan I fry them in so they are like little egg pancakes. You can mix anything with the eggs but have to have a special pan to make them in, I gave some to the cats and they went crazy.

$70 is not a bad price for a printer, and best of all, you will save yourself some headaches. We had ham sandwiches with fried onions, tomato and Swiss cheese on toasted ciabatta buns with a side of macaroni and cheese.

It was $70 off. Total with extended warranty was around $250. I got a good one that prints photos too.
