Errands Done & Taco Salad

Such a beautiful day today. Only in the 70s after 50s this morning. Had the patio doors open most of the day. Lots of sunshine. The cats have really enjoyed too.
The best part was having coffee in the screen room finally with no humidity.
Had a few errands to get done today. Picked up new air filters. A few items at the grocery store. Some fresh corn at the local vendor's truck.
Stopped for a taco salad at the local Mexican restaurant on the way home. So good as always. And not crowded at all. Went before the school crowd arrived. Has been awhile and it was really enjoyed.

That taco salad looks amazing!
I was just commenting to my girlfriend last night that the humidity here in our part of Florida seems to have decreased significantly, and it is actually starting to feel nice out in the evenings and early mornings. I told her I can't wait for it to cool down enough to open all the windows in our house and let the fresh breeze in.

@CarolDM I always get extra guac as well. But no on the sour cream since I am lactose intolerant! lol
I am hoping the humidity will stay low here from this point on, but I know with this being Florida that it will bounce back and forth between fall-like weather and summer-like weather for the next month or so before fall really decides to settle in.

@1creekgirl Much better. The severe exertion headaches I had prior to surgery are gone. Now I have mostly nerve and neck pain. I have to be careful with direct sunlight. But it is getting better. So glad I had the surgery before it got any worse. Thank you for asking.

@CarolDM Oh yum yum! Looks so nice! I was wanting tacos yesterday for dinner but couldn't be bothered making it all so just ordered a pizza. Tacos is way yummier though! Not to mention so much healthier with the salad.

@CarolDM Do you pretty much just eat the salad with a fork rather than picking it up like a regular taco? Or is it something else that makes it different to a taco?

@VivaLaDani13 This one I have to eat with a fork. There are many who pick it up and take large bites! The size is the main difference. Usually the shell is shaped like a bowl. This one happens to be like a taco shell.
