I really thought I would be going back to bed long before now. I still get up at my usual time, though it's been a month since I went to the pool. I don't see myself going back. I'm having hearing issues in the pool. I'm deaf or nearly deaf in the pool. It takes hours before I can hear anything again.
I have the notifications finished, so I thought I would write a quick post before starting on my books.
So, what did I forget to tell you in the update? I published Legacy in a second edition last month or in August. Not sure anymore. I decided to read it and found numerous typos. Since I hate typos, it meant fixing and publishing a second edition.
I started prayer time in the community room. It will be on the calendar starting in November. It's on Wednesday at six. So far, there has been a good turnout.
I still play Canasta on Thursday and do rock painting on Wednesday when I'm not sick with a cold or virus. Bible study started up again in September in the community room. It meets twice a month. And I still join the exercise class three times a week. Again, when I'm not sick.
And for the not-so-good news, someone egged my car. Someone doesn't care about the price of eggs. I don't know how many they used, but they got the passenger side good, the window, and the door, and splattered the windshield.

Gee, how mean, why would somebody egg your car? Are you getting any anti viral treatment to help treat your Covid? It is too bad you can't go to the pool as swimming is so good for your body. Could you go soak in a hot tub somewhere?

Yes, it was mean.
No, the only treatment I'm giving myself is rest, lots of fluids, water, and tea, and keeping my brain active.
I want to get back to the pool. I just might even though I wouldn't hear anything for several hours.

There are a lot of idle people around with hearts full of anger and the belief that society has let them down, therefore they hit out at innocent people. I hope the next time that person tries something like that with anyone, he or she is caught and made to pay in some way.

I need to make an appointment with the audiologist. Hopefully, something can be done, and I can get back to the pool.
Yes, it is awful. I need to get it to the car wash. I hope that works. My son said it would.

Sometimes our bodies get used to being up at certain times. Getting up early is not fun, or late. Sorry about your car. Even sorry about the pool. That really sucks.

Eggs are not cheap anymore. Sorry that happened. Have you tried wearing ear plugs while you swim? I know you love swimming.

That's just nasty about your car. I'm sorry. I wish you could be closer to me. The gym that I go to has a warm kiddo pool. Nobody minds that I use that shallow pool and do physical therapy in there instead of trying to get through a water aerobics class. Hugs!
