Had a chance to speak with my govt free phone people after introducing this wonderful deal, to Safelink, my phone carrier. Music to my ears, it's ok to get this deal by FCC, and have my free govt phone, for deal won't interfere with Safelink, lifeline program. The FCC, deal, is not a lifeline program.
Being new to tablets, I've questions. So though MaxsipConnect.com/ARP is BBB accredited, and I found it in my AARP Oct/Nov issue, I've emailed them asking questions. This deal has a one time $20 fee. Comes with a 4G Android tablet, free shipping, a sim card (that I know nothing about, not how to install) & free internet too. It's from the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program from FCC.
I'm relieved there's this program. I need a tablet, but not in my budget to get one. With this program I can afford.

MaxsipConnects.com responded. Good news! Sim card already loaded in Android tablet. This is a relief. They're open 24/9pm. 15gb monthly free internet. If run out, use wifi...no extra purchase at moment. Only $20 fee and all this. Bbb accredited. Nice!

@oahuwriter 4G is good standar so you should not have problems with Internet connection. If you have Android 9 version than all is good for regular user.
