I had a wonderful lunch but I forgot to make a cup of coffee for me. So now I will have it and maybe add something else to add to it. I love fish but I get hungry quickly when I have it even if it is salmon which has more fat.
I might make some guacamole (I have to use those avocados) and serve them with toasts.
What will you have for dinner? I haven´t decided it yet. But it has to be one of the dishes that are there ready to be heated. I don´t want to work.

I am sipping my own coffee right now too.
I think we're having chicken pot pie for dinner, but with a biscuit topping instead of a pastry crust. I have the meat that I picked off of a whole poached chicken, plus I have peas and carrots in the freezer, and 9 leftover biscuits from another meal earlier this week. I'll cook the filling in the oven and top it with the biscuits for the last few minutes of baking.

I mixed some of the leftover salmon with cold rice and homemade mayo for dinner. It was very good. If I get hungry again later I´ll have a banana.

I should probably get started on making the dinner things. One of the adult kids just left for work, and one of the teens has sign language class over at the college tonight. The other half is at work until 9pm, so I think we just have 6 here for dinner tonight.

I am drinking a cup of herbal tea (peach flavored) while I eat some sloppy Joe meat for my "lunch" today. I was still hungry after eating some red grapes.
I have no clue what Pretty will want for supper late tonight. Usually about 9 pm she'll ask me to make something. Or, if she doesn't, I'll heat up something from the freezer.

We are having left over chicken and rice. The coffee sounds so good. Been a long time since I had a cup of coffee, think I'll put it on my list.

My grandson made mine this morning. He likes his sweet. And, I do mean sweet. Ugh!
I had tamales for dinner last night and had some guacamole on them. Very tasty.
