An old Friend on Triond

I know some of you were on Triond during the time I was there. Of course when it closed most of us lost touch. Do any of you remember Clay Hurtubise?
I was neatening my book shelves this morning and found a book he published, Road Trip, He asked me to write a book review to put on Triond and I did. He mailed his book to me. That was so sweet of him. He could be on Mylot and using a different name. Do any of you remember him?

@RubyHawk Helium was another one. That seemed to be around slot longer than Triond.

@porwest I’ve always stuck to the same name other than on Triond when I wanted to publish some short Appalachian stories so I used another name on those with the sites permission. I thought people might not like the stories and dialect. and was surprised when they asked for more.

I was on Triond but not too long. It just shut down a few weeks after I joined there. I was not much active for the few weeks that I was there. I hope you get to know of him soon.

@arunima25 that's the problem, the good sites don't last long. I haven't looked for any others in a long time. I enjoy interacting on mylot but the earnings are slim.

@RubyHawk When I was new to online earnings, I was hunting for sites that pay for articles and I came across this one with many good reviews. But unfortunately by the time I joined it, it was already going down.
