Thank You For Being My Friend

Happy Wednesday Everyone! sun is shining and the day is off to a good start.
I'm sitting here with my coffee and relaxing for a bit before getting the stuff done that needs doing. I'm trying to gather my thoughts and mentally make a list of things that I have to do today and put them all in order so I don't wind up spinning my wheels today (so to speak). I really should be writing it all down but I don't have pen or paper handy so I'm going to rely on my brain this morning 
I hate having to go out because today the stores will be crowded with all the pre-Thanksgiving shopping going on.
I really don't need anything other than a trip to the post office to mail a package and buy some stamps. I doubt the post office will be crowded so it's just a matter of when I get myself going.
With all the anticipation of tomorrows day of feasting it's hard to think about what to eat today. I don't want to eat too much and will save my appetite for tomorrow.
For all my friends here in the US I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. It's a day for being thankful and I'm sure we can all find something to be thankful for even if it's just something small.
For all my friends outside of the US I'm sure you can also find something to be thankful for too.
I'm thankful for all of you myLotters who have been constants in my life and that I have a place to visit with people all over the world.

Happy Thanksgiving, and thank you for being my coffee buddy.
I have been running the roads today, although I had no plans, I feel like the Roadrunner.
The weather is beautifully mild and I think that I will take out some steaks to grill for supper tonight.
On the plus side, I did find some nice baby carseats on sale that I will show my hubs and probably venture out on Friday to pick up. Its good to find them on sale when you have to buy 2 of them.

Yes, getting some money off of the carseats will really go far in the longrun.
Now I need to ask our son if we have to install them ourselves or if we take them to a Children's Aid office or a firehouse, we have been out of the loop for so long that so much has changed. I can of course get that done this week while I am off from work.
