Where There Is a Box, There Is a Cat

We talk about it often, especially among those of us who happen to have cats in the house, and many nights we have two considering the orange and white one, Cal, is our warehouse cat that I bring home from work to spend time with our Grayson.
Besides, the wife and I always enjoy Cal's additional company as well.
Cats and boxes just somehow go together, and wherever there is an open box, if there are cats in the house, you will likely find them there. In the box.
Last night was no exception when we opened a package delivered from Amazon. As soon as the box was unloaded and hit the floor, therein jumped Cal. Not wanting any of that, Grayson quickly stepped in to chase Cal out so Grayson could have the box for himself.
When Cal made an attempt to share the box, Grayson was not keen and saw fit to give him a few bats with his paw.
The fun never ends, and the entertainment doesn't either.

Cats and boxes are like kids and boxes. Don't play with the toy...play with the box it came in.

Cats do seem to have a love of boxes. I haven't had cats in awhile but I do remember how much they loved a box.
Both of the cats in your picture are beautiful.

Our little cat loved boxes too. If a box had holes in it, she was in her element. We'd close the top over her then tap near a hole with a pen. You didn't dare use your finger. She'd whip her paw through the hole and try to grab the pen. She really loved that game.
