On this rainy day I’ve finished reading Fern Michaels Truth or Dare , neatened my book shelves and arranged them in better order. I neatened the apartment and made a peanut butter pie. Other than that I’ve mylotted and started reading Where the Crawdads Sing, I’m sure I’ve read it before. I keep finding passages I remember but I don’t remember the whole story so I will continue to the end.
While I’m mylotting I’m watching The Little People . It’s mostly about Zack and his little family. Although all the usual members have been on. I remember when they first came on Zack was a young child and so were his siblings, They have all grown up since then.
What have you guys been up to this rainy day?

Reading your post reminds me that our Bookshelf needs neatening and dusting as well.
Let me take it up this weekend.

I heard that the movie Where the Crawdads Sing is supposed to be pretty good. The Little People doesn't talk about the other two siblings anymore. It's rainy here too...and chilly. Hope you have a good day.

@LindaOHio I think they dropped off the show. They probably wanted their privacy.

@RubyHawk Yes, it is pretty good. I have been watching it in stages. It is pretty true to the book, although Jumpin and his wife had a much larger role in the book.

@snowy22315 I haven't seen the Crawdad movie, but I've heard it was well made. The Little People have been around a long time, I think they've about played out.

No rainy days here.
Yet the winters are tightening their grip.
I and one of my child are in the grip of cold and feverish condition.
I could not sleep properly yesterday night due to nose blockage and congestion.
In the mornings, I have started wearing a cap because of the cold winds.
The minimum temperature is around 11 C but the winds make it feel more chilly.

It would take time. Nasal congestion does causes discomfort. I am trying pain balm and Steam, apart from Tea, Green Tea and Warm water.

It is a rainy day here and I am doing laundry and washing the dishes. I just finished the dishes and we finished eating supper.
When done we will find something on TV to watch and I will do all my survey sites. Enjoy the rest of your day.

@RubyHawk Not too bad. 30 bags of wood pellets. That will heat the house into January

Cooking. Spaghetti and meat sauce and stuffed Betty Crocker's Buttermilk Bisquick, all finished now. Sun peeked out, so going Marukai Wholesale Mart nearby for fresh flowers and going to see about fresh fruit.

Reading this reminds me of all the books I bought. It is about detective. It's Alex Delaware. I've got lots of them but never had the chance to read. I left it in the apartment when I moved out.

I've been watching "little people" since the first season I think. It's been fu watching the kids grow up and become parents themselves.
I read Where The Crawdads Sing and now want to watch the movie. I hear it's really good

I've been doing some DIY repairs around the house and tidying up the cables which run from our Christmas decorations and making sure my other half doesn't trip over them 'cos if she did it would be my fault - despite the fact that she knows they're there and should keep a look out for them! Seems like it would be my fault if she tripped and broke a leg
