A good night's sleep

Bob has been tossing and turning a lot this week. It interrupts his sleep and mine. He says part of it was because of a book he was reading. He is trying to solve the crimes. Anyway, he slept well last night and so did I. It makes a huge difference in my attitude. Different things disturb people's sleep. Sometimes being hungry will disturb my sleep. I am wishing you all pleasant dreams and good sleep when it is time for you to rest.

When my husband does not sleep well, I also cannot sleep, as he moves a lot.

Oh the crime book..that is kind of funny but not funny losing sleep over. I really never get good sleep ever.

I had some sort of crazy dream last night that made me shake my head when I woke up thinking what the heck made me dream that

I actually slept right through last night. I can't remember the last time I did that.

I think I dreamt that I coughed up slugs... or pulled them out of my nose... they were tiny, anyway.

I have never had much trouble sleeping. But I can understand your husband. I went through a stage when I read most of Agatha Christie´s books. Sometimes I just had to read on and on until the murder was solved. Usually it was obvious after I read it, but I never could catch the murderer.

Sleep is so important! When Big One was a baby I could practically have killed someone just to get an unbroken night's sleep!
