Today is the 13th and the tree is from Robinson's Galleria mall.
I don't know if you can figure out the decors are. I can't recognize most on the photo, but personally, it was an awesome tree. Extravagant.
It looks like they have used big shells here and other recycled materials.

It looks like plastic bags pulled over a tree-shaped frame with the "decorations" printed on the inside of the plastic bag.
