Today is the 13th and the tree is from Robinson's Galleria mall. I don't know if you can figure out the decors are. I can't recognize most on the photo, but personally, it was an awesome tree. Extravagant. It looks like they have used big shells here and other recycled materials. Location: Robinson's Galleria, Ortigas

It looks like plastic bags pulled over a tree-shaped frame with the "decorations" printed on the inside of the plastic bag.
