Friday Morning Brief

I'm up earlier than usual this morning. I woke with a sick stomach. I'm hoping I feel better soon.
Messages yesterday from my church family showed they were still planning to have the church Christmas party tonight. When I checked the weather, I'm really hoping they change their minds. It's not like we all live near each other. Three of us do, but the other two families are half an hour away in opposite directions. The party will be at one of those places.
I also have an exercise class this morning. I hope I can join it.
Other than that, I really don't have plans for today. I'll wrap the last present for the church group and hope for the best regarding the party. At least I'm not driving. Someone is picking me up.

It's a-storming something fierce here and suddenly it's -9°C/16°F. How'd that happen? But mostly the snow is just blowing around and not piling up too much. Keep safe and have a nice day, even if the party is postponed.

I got to the exercise class. The church party was finally canceled until Tuesday at 6.
I'm glad you decided not to go with the heavy rain.

I took a nap and am feeling much better. Went to the exercise class. The party is canceled. Will have it on Tuesday night instead.
