Hey everyone!
It just became the 25th of December here. So I wanted to come on and wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas.
I hope it's a lovely time for you, your family and friends.
I am so so behind here on MyLot. It would have been nice to spend some time on here tonight but I still have some things I need to do for Christmas. My Nanny wanted me to make her a home made Christmas card this year so I'm in the middle of doing that right now. And I've got a few more presents to wrap.
Leaving things to the last minute. Yep, that's me. 
After this I will be messaging family and friends but just like every year, I wanted to come on here to wish all you beautiful MyLotter's a Merry Christmas. And if it's something you don't celebrate, I still wish you well and happiness. 
My dad, brother and I will be going to my Nan's for dinner and then I believe we will go have a look at the Christmas lights. I don't know what is going on with my Poppy. He has been very grumpy and hostile towards my Nan. I'm unsure if we will get to see him. I hope so. I miss him so much. But I have to respect whatever my Nan's wishes are.
What is everyone do for Christmas?
When Christmas settles down a bit, I will be taking care of all notifications.

Merry Christmas Dani! Sorry I’m a few days late seeing your post, I haven’t had much time (like you) to be here as long as I’d like. But I do still try to drop by when I can.

@VivaLaDani13 - I have read that it is very difficult to take care of Alzheimer's patients as they can be sweet one day and very aggressive another day. Some also have been abusive and hit their spouses and nurses.

Thank you Anna. I know there is nothing wrong with him as it's just the disease. I know that it's only the disease and the disease alone that is changing his behaviour and personality. Sadly my Nanny does know this, but still handles it in a way that I personally wouldn't. But I do understand it's very hard on her.
My dad and Nan saw him the day after Christmas and he was very good. I couldn't go though. Hoping I can soon.

@LadyDuck I can't even imagine looking after those with this horrible disease. I don't think I would cope very well as I get sad with those suffering with anything.

I hope you did see your Poppy on Christmas and had a wonderful celebration with your Nan.
My Christmas was one of the best I've had. My son, his girlfriend, and her father were here for dinner. My grandson showed up for dessert, while we were playing cards. It was a wonderful day.

@JudyEv aw thank you kindly. yeah she's a beautiful cat. I love her so much. She hasn't been too happy with my dad and I lately though as she's been needing to go to the vet quite a bit lately.
