Me Day

Hubby is getting ready now to go to town. So I will have the house to myself for a little bit. He won't be gone real long. So I am going to enjoy it while I can.

Thinking about getting the fudge made today. And hopefully the buckeyes. That will just leave the cookies and rice krispies treats. Hopefully I can get those done too. That will just leave the noodles being mixed tomorrow and cleaning back up. I am slowly getting my pictures transferred to this computer. Then I can clean the table where it is. I might even move it somewhere else. Hope you have a good day

@wolfgirl569 How do you make the chocolate cover? You coat the balls and then are they kept in the fridge?

Hope you enjoy your Me Day. I just got done eating a whole bunch of chocolate fudge. And I don't feel guilty about it at all, even though I probably just packed away 10,000 calories in my belly! haha

@Juliaacv They are. And easy. Just mix powered sugar into the peanut butter to taste. Then melt chocolate chips and I use a little bit of paraffin in that. Dip and let set. The paraffin just helps the chocolate set. I tried a different method for the chocolate and to me it came out dry tasting
