Cheese store / myLot

This morning after my husband and I brought our son for therapy. We went to cheese store. 3 years I am living in Italy, I always impressed by how cheese it is since in Indonesie - country where I lived before, there isn't so much cheese. Today I take Toma and little mozzarella of Buffalo. What kind of cheese that you like?

Indeed, in supermarket I have seen alot but today on the store specialize on cheese, there is even more. And even when I enter the store, the smell of the cheese is mixing and everywhere

Mozzarella di Bufala is the best. I am Italian and I really like cheese. My favorite fresh ricotta, burrata campana, mozzarella di bufala, pecorino both Romano and the Tuscan pecorino di Pienza. I really love cheese.

Your list are amazing, those are taste yummy

I enjoy a lot eating mozzarella di bufala especially during summer, it such a heaven on earth

@Mrlnvk I like to make a Caprese often in summer, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil with a bit of olive oil. I am Italian, I was born and grew up in Milan. Now I live in the south of Switzerland.

In India there is no variety of cheese. There are cheese strips which can be placed between bread and ate like sandwich. Also there are cheese packs which can be heated and given in food.

I tasted Indian food with cheese but I forgot the name, it was super delicious

I like all kinds of cheese. Cheddar, Muenster, colby-Jack, Swiss, Widmer, among a variety of others. Cheese is just good. And let's not forget cheese curds. Yum.
