The pool was fantastic this morning. So was the exercise group. It felt good to be back on a normal routine. Now, I'm off to rock painting, then there's Bible study this afternoon, and prayer tonight. I feel like I just sat down here and I'm off again. PT went great. I'll be seeing them twice a week for the next month. I feel great as long as I'm taking the Ibuprofen. Today is very good.

I use to have fuller days where I was on the go continually. Glad I have much slower days now, especially since Mike's has been retired. I love spending time with him. Glad you were able to go to the pool and exercise class this morning. Hope that you have a wonderful time at the rest of your activities today/night
