It feels wonderful

We often do not appreciate the small things in life.
Our weather has dropped down to be really chilly this morning. I finally got dressed. It feels wonderful to have warm clothes on from head to toe.
I have an oversized sweater and a tank top underneath and fleeced leggings as well as a pair of winter weight socks. I am wearing house slippers for now, but when we go to church I will likely wear boots.
We have an annual Society Meeting at church. That is what we label our first of the year planning and election meeting. We will have soup and sandwiches and I am sure we will feel blessed.
I may go for coffee with Jane later.
Maybe I will get a nap.
At any rate, I will be warm.

Good idea to wear boots when you go to church otherwise people might look at you funny if you show up in your slippers. Hope your meeting goes/went well.
