Cold Cold Cold

I am counting down to Saturday. It should not be too cold out today but tomorrow is supposed to be. Then Saturday we warm back up and should be in the 40s F for about a week. That will be great and I can do some things outside.
I haven't heard if Ohio's groundhog seen his shadow. But Pennsylvania's one says 6 more weeks of winter. Which I think is funny as the other way is the same just said different. 6 more weeks until spring. It just sounds better.
Waiting for a call to schedule getting a new pellet burner put in. Hopefully they are not real backed up. But next week's weather will help the furnace out. It shouldn't feel as cold in the house.

No, most people don't. It's just something funny. The average with anything predicting the weather should be 50/50 but the groundhog has only been right 34% of the time.

This is the halfway point of winter, somit’s like a celebration. There will be six more weeks of winter on the calendar no matter what the groundhog does. 
Of course, that means you only have six more weeks of summer.

It’s supposed to be much cooler in the panhandle of Florida tomorrow, so this is a far-reaching cold snap. Thankfully, it’s only a “snap” and isn’t supposed to hang around.
Ohio’s groundhog is Pete Rose. He saw his shadow, so six more weeks of betting on baseball.

@FourWalls Dad didn't like spicy. But he did like them cooked over an open fire. I helped him skin one. Told him I would still help him skin rabbits all day but that was the last groundhog. It is hard to get the skin off them

It can be tough to be in extreme cold for a longer time
And yes, it does restricts our mobility.
Here we seem to be in Spring kind of weather but we still can have sudden cold winds or dip in the Mercury!

Instead of the 47F that was predicted here, our high was only 41F today. The high tomorrow is supposed to be 36F here and then 50F Saturday and 60F Sunday as well as on Monday. I'm hoping those are close to correct but I'm not willing to bet on it.

I like of cold not so much ... I think that the persons that live in a place that is hot like of the cold and the persons that live in a place that is cold like of the hot.

I didn't know there were different groundhogs, I only heard of the Pennsylvannia one, I guess. Here we would have 6 more weeks of winter no matter what lol
