I confess I gave in to a craving.

I have been cleaning up the kitchen little by little. IIt is amazin the amount of food I have found. Packages that were not opened but had been hidden by Anita.
Among thehidden packages I found a whole package of salty crunchy onion toppings. I left them on the counter while I went on checking was else was there. But in myy mind the toppings were always presents.
So I gave in.
I opened the package and placed some toppings on a small plate. While I ate them I was thinking about how delicious would a green salad be with them. YUM!!!
But it was not to be. Little by little the toppings were eaten with no green salad. ALL OF THEM. SHAME!!!
Still, why not give in once in a while to something nice!
I did not even buy salami or chocolate cake this month. I have been behaving.
Thinking back on times when I accepted challenges in my life, I think that besides these toppings I can behave in the future. When I´m in trouble I always say that if I quit smoking I can do anything.
Do you fall in to cravings? What are they?

I had learned about those toppings at Dixie´s where she puts some over salads. I bought some and Anita hid them. Yesterday I found them and ate them all. I will not buy more until next month. IF!

Happily I don´t have blood sugar problems. But when my husband got diabetes I stopped buying all things that he could crave.

@marguicha Leo had diabetes. I watched his diet because he would eat anything he wanted if I didn't watch it. I didn't cook anything he couldn't have. it was surprising to me that my glucose went higher after he passed away. I guess I started overdoing the carbs when I didn't have to watch his diet.

With my groceries I bought some white bread rolls and a lot of American cheese and boiled ham as well as frozen pork patties as I usually do. What I enjoy is making ham and cheese sandwiches with those soft rolls and also heating up a pork patty, melting cheese on it and added sweet and spice Thai sauce and eating it on a roll.

Sometimes temptation gets the best of me and I indulge in cookies or cake. I love sweets

I´m not much for sweets. When someone gives me cookies, they lay about until someone comes and eats it.

The difference between having OCD now and before is that now you go to a doctor for that and they give you pills
I´m sure that all of us are a little obsesive.

Hubs bought me a bag of jelly beans. That's one of my favorites. I finished the bag in 3 days.

Hope you enjoyed crunchy onion toppings
