But as it was going to be ready too late, I made a pasta with pesto for lunch. I will add later other pasta to the minestrone. Last night´s lefovers are in my tummy

I´m now about to take a nap with the news as a background. I will wait until I turn off the stove so that it doesn´t burn. Do you like minestrone? I think that it is a whole meal. I love it.

It is a soup with all sorts of diced veggies, dry a beans and a bit of pasta. The most important ingredient is pesto.
