In honor of Valentines Day I am doing a 1,000-piece LOVE jigsaw puzzle that hubby gifted me last year. It’s beautiful.
I am almost done with it. The only pieces left are those that are just white with nothing on them. Hard to figure out where they fit. Slightly frustrating at times trying to fit them into the puzzle. But other than that it’s relaxing and fun.

It is. And challenging too as there are parts that are almost the same so you gotta figure out where they go—left side or right side, top or bottom.

I guess you could say I do not have the patience for them and they are very challenging.

I am. Want to buy another puzzle. One that's at least 1000 pieces. Not sure which one to get. I have some jigsaw puzzles at home and they are of Thomas Kinkade paintings. Only one is 1000 pieces. The rest are 100, 300, or 500 I think.

I love doing jigsaw puzzles! The last one I did was late last year, and it was a Disney puzzle with Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse. Your puzzle looks quite complicated, but you are almost to the finish line! And I see that you have all the remaining pieces very well organized.

@lovebuglena I won't do anything less than a 1000-piece puzzle. I like good challenges.

@moffittjc Me too. I have two boxes of Thomas Kinkade puzzles that are many puzzles in one box. Varying sizes. Unfortunately, those do not have 1000-piece puzzles.

At first I had them all in the box but then I decided this will take forever. Decided to try to put them on the table somehow organizing them by type. Not sure if organizing is on point lol but it helps. What's the biggest puzzle you ever did? For me it's 1000 pieces. I have another one. It's a Thomas Kinkade painting. I have smaller-sized puzzles as well, all of his paintings. They are beautiful. I actually went to his gallery once.

I have plenty of patience so this is something I enjoy. But if I get tired or it doesn't seem like it's working out I take a break and come back.

The hardest thing seems to be the white pieces.

That's a very pretty jigsaw. Not much left to do now but sometimes those last bits can be very tricky.

@lovebuglena Sometimes there is a lot of sky or a lot of dark woods or whatever.

@JudyEv yep. A lot of sky can be pretty challenging as the colors slightly vary.

Those are probably the most challenging as there are no images to put together. Just a solid color.

I do love fixing jigsaw puzzles. I figure out first the 4 corners and rest are challenging but fun.

I do the border first and then fill in the rest.

@Nakitakona and if I find some pieces that seem to fit together I do them and put them to the side.

@lovebuglena That's the smart and easier way to solve the jigsaw puzzles.

Oh, that is very pretty. You ought to get some puzzle fixative and frame it. I think I would.

It is very pretty. But if I frame it then I won't be able to put it together anymore. I love doing it.

Not really. You can always take a break and come back to it.
