Based on a true story, "Jerry & Marge Go Large" is a comedy/drama/biography released in 2022. Written by Brad Copeland and directed by David Frankel, the story revolves around Jerry and Marge Selbee of Evart, Michigan. Jerry is obsessed with numbers. After retiring from working 42 years as a production line manager, Jerry starts "working the numbers" on the WinFall Michigan lottery. He figures that if he purchases enough tickets, the rolldown will guarantee a return greater than what he spent on tickets. This statistical loophole plays a part throughout the movie.
The movie stars Bryan Cranston, Annette Bening and Rainn Wilson (of "The Office" fame).
There are very few movies out there these days that my husband and I can sit and watch. "Jerry & Marge Go Large" is definitely a "watchable" movie. It held our interest throughout and kept us wondering what would happen next. Is it a blockbuster?...no. Is it a pleasant movie to sit and watch for 96 minutes on a Saturday night?...definitely.
It is currently streaming on Paramount+ and is also available on YouTube.

Sounds like a good movie. I have not taken a Paramount Plus subscription before. I may try a Paramount subscription soon.

What I liked about it is that it wasn't offensive like a lot of movies are these days.
